Important Update Concerning COVID 19 Pandemic

As you are aware there is a global pandemic of COVID 19 currently spreading around Australia. To date, fortunately, none of our staff or patients have been confirmed with COVID 19. However, as responsible eye specialists, all practices are implementing measures to help curb the spread of the virus within our community.
As a result, please avoid attending our clinic if:

  1. You have a history of overseas travel over the last 14 days.
  2. You have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID 19 over the last 14 days.
  3. You have been unwell with flu-like symptoms such as fever, headaches, sore throat, cough and shortness of breath.

If you have an urgent eye problem and meet any of the above criteria, you can talk to Dr Wong directly over the phone and you will be advised of the best course of action.
If your eye problem is non-urgent, please consider postponing your appointment for 14 days and our friendly receptionists will be able to help you with this.
We will also be rearranging our waiting rooms to ensure social distancing. You may be asked to wait in small waiting rooms and to attend your appointment with only one accompanying person. Where possible, you may be asked to wait in your car and we will call you when you are due to see Dr Wong.

Your health and the health of your loved ones are our priority. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in this difficult time.
